Odin Lurås Bjørtuft

Odin Lurås Bjørtuft is a Norwegian centre-back who plays predominantly on the right side of defence. He developed through the ODD Ballklubb academy after joining the club in 2015 and made his professional breakthrough in 2018. Bjørtuft became a regular Eliteserien starter by 2020 and went on to make more than 100 appearances for ODD Ballklubb. In January 2023, he moved to Bodø/Glimt, taking the next step of his domestic career. At Bodø/Glimt, Bjørtuft has been used as a composed defender who can contribute to build-up play from the back. His performances have also brought European exposure, including appearances against Manchester City, Inter Milan and Atlético Madrid. Bjørtuft represented Norway at under-21 level before becoming involved with the senior national team, adding international experience to his club career.
