Oleksandr Batyshchev

Oleksandr Batyshchev is a Ukrainian midfielder born on September 14, 1991, in Rubizhne, Ukraine. He developed at Stal Alchevsk from 2004 to 2007, then spent a short period at LVUFK Luhansk. Batyshchev's senior career began with Zorya Luhansk, where he remained from 2009 to 2014. During that period, he had loan spells with Shakhtar Donetsk's second team, PFC Sumy and Stal Alchevsk, gaining regular playing time with the latter. In 2014, he moved to Belarusian football with Belshina Bobruisk. He later had two spells at FC Gomel, in 2017–18 and 2020–21, before briefly joining Kazakhstan's Ordabasy Shymkent in 2022. Since 2024, Batyshchev has played for Slavia Mozyr, continuing a long career as a defensive or central midfielder in Eastern European football.
