Nicolas Vouilloz

Nicolas Vouilloz is a Swiss centre-back, born on 11 May 2001, who developed through Signal FC Bernex-Confignon before joining the Servette FC academy. At Servette, he progressed through the youth ranks and signed his first professional contract in 2019, while also gaining senior experience with the club’s U21 side. He made his Swiss Super League debut during the 2019–20 season and established himself in Servette’s defence over the following campaigns. In January 2024, Vouilloz transferred to FC Basel 1893, continuing his career at another leading Swiss club. With Basel, he contributed to the team that won the 2024–25 Swiss Super League title. Primarily a centre-back, Vouilloz is described as a ball-playing defender who uses positioning and interceptions, supports build-up play, competes in the air, and can cover at right-back; he has also represented Switzerland at youth level, including the Under-21s.
