Nouhou Tolo
Nouhou Tolo is a Cameroonian left-back born in Douala on June 23, 1997. His early development included Rainbow Bamenda, where he played before moving to the United States in 2016. He joined Seattle Sounders FC 2 in the USL and, after establishing himself there, signed a first-team contract with Seattle Sounders in January 2017. Nouhou Tolo made his MLS debut against Columbus Crew on May 31, 2017, and developed into a regular option on the left side. His defensive game is built around recovery speed, physical duels and committed one-on-one defending, while he can also carry the ball forward from deep. He debuted for Cameroon’s senior team in November 2017 and represented the Indomitable Lions at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations. A 2021 MLS All-Star, Nouhou has remained with Seattle and continues to combine club football with international involvement.
