Novak Tepšić

Novak Tepšić is a Croatian defender born in Belgrade on 16 March 2002. He began his development with NK Karlovac, where he spent five years from 2011 to 2016, then continued at Segesta Sisak. In 2017, Tepšić joined NK Rudeš and remained there through 2021, progressing into senior football with the club. He later moved to Slaven Belupo, making 22 appearances during the 2022/23 season in Croatia’s top flight. A spell with Slovenian side FC Koper followed in 2023/24, before he joined FK Voždovac. Tepšić returned to Croatia in 2024 and is currently registered with NK Varaždin. He has also represented Croatia at under-21 level, while his central-defensive role combines duels and clearances with a willingness to help start attacks.
