Noé Sow

Noé Sow is a French defender born in Quimperlé on 18 December 1998. Standing 1.92 metres, he developed in Brittany, spending time with Stade Rennais and OC Vannes before continuing through FC Quimperlé, Plouzané AC and Stade Plabennec. He joined Stade Brestois 29 in 2021, featuring for the club’s reserve side as he moved closer to senior professional football. Sow began his professional career with Pau FC and made his Ligue 2 debut against Guingamp on 30 July 2022. A centre-back by registration, he uses his size in aerial contests and contributes through interceptions and defensive positioning. Sow moved to FC Sion in 2024, where his defensive role has also included work as a holding midfielder and deeper build-up option.
