Nikola Serafimov

Nikola Serafimov is a North Macedonian defender, primarily a centre-back. He developed at Vardar and gained senior experience through loans to Pelister Bitola and Bregalnica Štip before helping Vardar win the Macedonian First League title in 2019–20. In July 2020, Serafimov joined Akademija Pandev, where regular appearances established him as a senior defender. He moved to Hungary in 2021 with Zalaegerszegi TE and later continued his development at Fehérvár FC, scoring his first goal for the club against Újpest in November 2022. He has also been used in deeper midfield or sweeping roles, reflecting his positional versatility. North Macedonia first called him into the senior setup in 2021, and he scored the winner against Latvia in November 2024. In August 2025, Nikola Serafimov joined Levski Sofia on a three-year deal.
