Nikolas Terkelsen Nartey

Nikolas Terkelsen Nartey is a Danish midfielder born in Bagsværd on 22 February 2000. He began playing at AB before joining F.C. Copenhagen’s youth system at 12, developing through its teams and appearing in the UEFA Youth League. In January 2017, Nartey moved to 1. FC Köln and made his senior debut against Hertha BSC later that year. Knee injuries disrupted his first season in Germany, and he made two senior appearances for Köln before leaving for VfB Stuttgart in 2019. Stuttgart sent him on loan to Hansa Rostock for 2019–20 and SV Sandhausen for 2020–21, giving him further senior experience. Returning to Stuttgart, he has been used mainly in central midfield while also covering attacking midfield, left midfield and left-back roles. Nartey has also represented Denmark, making his senior debut in November 2025 and featuring in World Cup qualifying.
