Nicolas Mercier

Nicolas Mercier is a French midfielder born in Paris on 30 January 2003. He developed in the Parisian area before joining AJ Auxerre’s academy in 2018. Mercier signed his first professional contract in October 2020, then made his senior debut in a 3–0 victory over Grenoble in August 2021. To gain regular experience, Auxerre sent him to Avranches on loan in 2022. His subsequent career included a brief spell with KMSK Deinze in Belgium and a return to Paris with Paris 13 Atletico. He later moved to Concarneau, where he continued his senior development in the Championnat National. Mercier also represented France at under-16, under-17 and under-20 level, adding international experience to his club career.
