Niklas Lang
Niklas Lang is a German defender born in Starnberg on 13 June 2002. He began playing with TSV Perchting-Hadorf and FT Starnberg 09 before entering SpVgg Unterhaching’s youth system. In 2014, Lang moved to TSV 1860 Munich, where he progressed through the academy and reached the senior side. On 5 September 2020, he started in 1860 Munich’s Bavarian Cup final against Würzburger Kickers, helping the club win the trophy on penalties. He later continued his development in Munich and signed a contract extension in May 2022. Seeking regular playing time, Lang joined SC Freiburg II on loan in January 2024 for the rest of the 2023/24 season. After returning to 1860 Munich, he moved to SV Sandhausen in summer 2024. Lang subsequently joined FC Vaduz in July 2025 and remains part of the Liechtenstein club’s squad.
