Nordine Kandil
Nordine Kandil is a French midfielder from Strasbourg, where he was born on 31 October 2001. He joined RC Strasbourg Alsace’s academy at five and progressed through the club’s youth system before making 19 appearances for Strasbourg B. Kandil signed his first professional contract in May 2021 and made his senior debut that October, coming on against Saint-Étienne in a 5–1 win and assisting Habib Diallo soon after. He made 13 appearances for Strasbourg between 2021 and 2023, largely from the bench. Seeking regular football, Kandil spent the 2023–24 season on loan at FC Annecy, recording four goals and seven assists in 36 appearances in Ligue 2. He then joined Amiens SC permanently on 30 August 2024, continuing his development as a creative midfielder capable of operating wide or centrally.
