Nias Hefti
Nias Hefti is a Swiss football defender who developed in the youth systems of FC Goldach and FC St. Gallen. He also represented Switzerland at under-21 level before moving into senior football. Hefti began his senior career with a loan at FC Wil, gaining experience in the Swiss Challenge League. In 2019, he joined FC Thun and made his professional debut in a 2–2 Swiss Super League draw with Neuchâtel Xamax. A loan spell at Stade Lausanne Ouchy in 2022 gave him further regular playing time. Hefti signed for FC Sion in June 2023 and helped the club win the 2023–24 Challenge League title and return to the top flight. At Sion, he operates from the left side of defence, contributing defensive cover and supporting attacks with his positioning and passing.
