Nehemiah Fernandez-Veliz
Nehemiah Fernandez-Veliz is a French defender born on 11 December 2004 in Stains, France. He developed at AAS Sarcelles from 2011 to 2017 before joining Paris Saint-Germain’s youth system in 2016. At PSG, Fernandez-Veliz progressed through the under-17 and under-19 teams and gained experience in the UEFA Youth League during the 2021–22 and 2022–23 seasons. He signed his first professional contract with PSG in June 2022, then moved to Ligue 2 side Dunkerque in September 2023. That transfer marked his transition from academy football to senior competition in France’s second tier. In June 2025, he joined Nancy, where he has continued his development as a central defender. Fernandez-Veliz has also represented France at under-16, under-18 and under-19 level.
