Nenad Cvetković

Nenad Cvetković is a Serbian defender born in Užice on 6 January 1996. At 1.94 metres, he developed in Serbia before joining the FK Crvena Zvezda system and gaining senior experience with clubs including Zemun. Cvetković later moved to Israel, signing for Ashdod in 2020 and establishing himself as a regular central defender. His performances there led to a transfer to Rapid Vienna in 2023, where he continued his career in the Austrian Bundesliga. At Rapid Vienna, Nenad Cvetković has been used at centre-back, contributing to defensive organisation and aerial contests. His 1.94-metre frame also gives him a useful presence on defensive and attacking set pieces. After returning from a serious knee injury, he became an established part of Rapid’s squad, adding experience to its back line.
