Nikita Contini Baranovsky

Nikita Contini Baranovsky is an Italian goalkeeper born in Čerkasy, Ukraine, on 21 May 1996. Standing 1.90 metres tall, he developed in Napoli’s youth system after beginning his football education in the Campania area. Contini progressed through the academy before gaining senior experience in Italy’s lower divisions and Serie B through a series of loan spells. His route included several clubs, and regular playing time helped him develop into a professional goalkeeper. He later represented Vicenza Virtus and Sampdoria, experiencing both starting responsibilities and the demands of competing for a place in senior squads. On 29 December 2023, Nikita Contini made his senior Napoli debut against Monza.
