Pharrell Nnamdi Collins

Pharrell Nnamdi Collins is a German football defender, primarily deployed at centre-back and also capable of playing at right-back. Born in Düsseldorf and developed in Germany, Collins began with VfL Benrath 06 and Fortuna Düsseldorf before joining Borussia Dortmund’s academy in 2016. He progressed quickly through Dortmund’s age groups and helped the club win the Under-19 Bundesliga title in 2021–22. Collins moved to Eintracht Frankfurt in August 2023, initially gaining experience with the reserve side. He made his Bundesliga debut for Frankfurt against Werder Bremen on 5 April 2024. At 1.88 metres, Collins combines recovery pace with strong tackling and confident passing, qualities that support his positional flexibility. He has represented Germany at youth level and is part of the Germany U20 setup while continuing his senior development with Eintracht Frankfurt.
