Nəriman Axundzadə
Nəriman Axundzadə attacks space from the right, runs beyond the line and threatens the channel to finish moves for Qarabağ. He breaks through with quick, sharp runs. Nəriman Axundzadə made his club debut for Qarabağ FK on 30 October 2022 in a 4-0 win over Shamakhi. That season he helped Qarabağ win the Azerbaijan Premier League, claiming a league title in 2022–23. He earned his first senior international cap for Azerbaijan in a Euro 2024 qualifier against Belgium on 19 November 2023. A turning point came when Axundzadə scored the decisive extra-time goal against Braga on 22 February 2024, sending Qarabağ through in Europe. In 2024–25 he kept up his goal tally with 9 league strikes in 31 appearances, underscoring his role as a winger who links play and stretches defenses. Axundzadə remains a front-line attacker who presses high and attacks the back post to create separation for teammates.
