Marc Vilaplana Dachs

Marc Vilaplana, also known as Marc Vilaplana Dachs, is a Spanish defender born in Barcelona on 20 January 2003. Standing 1.88 metres tall, he developed in Catalonia with Cornellà and entered the club’s first-team setup during the 2021–22 season. He continued with Cornellà through the following seasons before moving to Getafe’s structure for 2025–26. At Getafe II, Vilaplana has established himself as a regular defensive option and has surpassed 1,000 minutes in Segunda Federación. His campaign also brought competitive exposure with Getafe’s senior side in the Copa del Rey, where he played 45 minutes. He has been involved around the first team but has not made his La Liga debut. Vilaplana’s progression therefore links sustained reserve-team involvement with an opportunity to advance within Getafe’s senior squad.
