Melvin Zinga
Melvin Zinga is a French goalkeeper born in Montivilliers on 16 March 2002. He developed at Le Havre AC from 2008 to 2019 and played seven National 3 matches for its reserves in 2019–20. Zinga joined Angers SCO in July 2020, initially entering the club’s development setup. He made his Angers debut on 18 November 2023, keeping a clean sheet in a 2–0 Coupe de France win over Houilles AC. In January 2024, he started the 1–0 cup defeat by Brest, his first appearance against professional opposition. Standing 1.87 metres, Zinga is described as dynamic, with reflexes, distribution and a willingness to move beyond his line. He represented France at under-17, under-18 and under-20 level, won the 2022 Maurice Revello Tournament and later accepted a Republic of Congo call-up.
