Malik Leon Tillman
Malik Leon Tillman is an American attacking midfielder born in Nuremberg, Germany, on 28 May 2002. He developed at ASV Zirndorf and Greuther Fürth before joining Bayern Munich’s academy in 2015. Tillman progressed through Bayern Munich II and made his first-team debut during the 2021–22 season. He then moved to Rangers on loan for 2022–23, earning the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award. At PSV Eindhoven, Malik won consecutive Eredivisie titles before joining Bayer Leverkusen in 2025. Internationally, he represented Germany at youth level but switched allegiance to the United States in 2022. He has since become part of the USMNT, while his movement between the lines and late arrivals in the box define his attacking role.
