Mads Døhr Thychosen

Mads Døhr Thychosen is a Danish defender born in Vejle on 27 June 1997. He developed at Vinding SF before joining Vejle Boldklub, where he became the club’s youngest debutant in 2013 at 16. Initially used as a winger, Thychosen moved to FC Midtjylland’s under-19 setup in 2014 and was part of the squad that won the 2017–18 Danish Superliga title. A 2017 loan at AC Horsens began his transition toward a more defensive role. He joined FC Nordsjælland in 2019, featuring regularly as an attacking right-back across two seasons. After returning briefly to Midtjylland in 2022, he moved to AIK Stockholm in June 2023. At AIK, Thychosen has continued developing as a right-sided wing-back, combining defensive work with forward runs and service from the flank.
