Mamadou Khady Thiam
Mamadou Khady Thiam presses the back line, attacking space and drifting into half-spaces as a mobile forward. Thiam began at Dijon FCO, breaking into senior football in 2014. He showed early grit and pace. He moved to Barnsley in 2017 on a three-year deal, expanding his attacking repertoire. The Romanian breakthrough came in 2022 at Universitatea Cluj, finishing as their top scorer. Following stints in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, Thiam joined FCSB in August 2025 and featured in the 2025–2026 Europa League. Mamadou Khady Thiam combines hold-up play with runs beyond the line and sharp one-shot finishing. He links play with quick layoffs while pressing high, finishing moves when space opens.
