Malik Tchokounté
Malik Tchokounté attacks space and drives beyond the line, using his physical presence to lead the forward line for Stade Lavallois. He jets into the final third. Malik Tchokounté began at OGC Nice and later built a goalscoring reputation across lower divisions before breaking through in Ligue 2 with Paris FC in 2017. A turning point came when he joined Stade Malherbe Caen to experience Ligue 1 during the 2018–2019 season, sharpening his finishing and hold‑up play. He then re-established himself at Laval, where he scored 9 goals in 2024–2025 and continues to threaten the back line this season. As a centre-forward, Malik Tchokounté uses strength to shield the ball and finish moves from close range. He can pin centre-backs and attack the back post, getting shots off quickly and keeping the tempo high in attacking transitions. Malik Tchokounté remains a primary goal threat for Laval.
