Marco Alessandro Sulzner

Marco Alessandro Sulzner is an Austrian defender born in Steyr on 2 July 2003. He began playing with ATSV Stein in 2009, then joined the LASK academy in 2017. By 2020, Sulzner had moved into senior football with FC Juniors OÖ, LASK’s cooperation partner. He signed professionally with LASK in February 2022 and made his Austrian Bundesliga debut against Admira Wacker that month. To gain regular minutes, he spent 2022–23 on loan at First Vienna FC, making 28 appearances, before recording 23 appearances for SKU Amstetten in 2023–24. In June 2025, Sulzner completed a permanent move to Wolfsberger AC. At 1.89 metres, he offers a strong physical presence and has also been used in defensive midfield, giving his teams additional protection and build-up options.
