Mason James Stajduhar

Mason James Stajduhar is an American goalkeeper born in Salem, Massachusetts, who developed in Orlando City’s academy. He represented the club’s U-16, U-18 and U-23 teams and was selected for the 2015 U-18 USSDA East Conference Best XI. Orlando City signed Stajduhar as a Homegrown player in November 2015, beginning a long professional association with the club. Loan spells took him to Louisville City in 2016, Tulsa Roughnecks in 2019, where he made 17 appearances, and New York City FC in 2020. After overcoming localized Ewing sarcoma and completing chemotherapy in 2018, he made his MLS debut for Orlando against Atlanta United on July 30, 2021. Stajduhar helped Orlando City win the 2022 U.S. Open Cup, including a penalty-shootout victory over Inter Miami. In January 2025, he moved to Real Salt Lake, where the 188-centimetre goalkeeper continues his career.
