Mukhamedjan Seysen

Mukhamedjan Seysen is a Kazakhstan goalkeeper who developed through the FK Taraz youth and reserve systems before entering the senior team in late 2017. He progressed with Taraz and became a regular in the Kazakhstan Premier League from 2019 to 2022. Seysen’s performances during that period brought selection for Kazakhstan’s under-20 and under-21 sides, followed by a senior debut in 2021. In 2023, he joined FC Ordabasy and helped the club win the Kazakhstan Premier League title. On 17 February 2024, Seysen moved to FC Astana on a free transfer. With Astana, he added the Kazakhstan League Cup in 2024 and gained European experience in UEFA Conference League qualifying. Standing 1.90 metres tall, Seysen combines shot-stopping with a proactive willingness to leave his line and support his defence.
