Marvin Schwäbe

Marvin Schwäbe is a German goalkeeper born in Dieburg on 25 April 1995. He began at SC Hassia Dieburg before joining Kickers Offenbach and entering Eintracht Frankfurt’s youth system in 2009. By 2012–13, he had made his first senior appearances for Frankfurt’s second team in the Regionalliga Südwest. In 2013, Schwäbe joined TSG Hoffenheim, where he won the German U19 Championship in 2014. He then gained experience on loan at VfL Osnabrück and Dynamo Dresden, playing in Germany’s third and second tiers. In 2018, he moved to Brøndby IF, became the first-choice goalkeeper and helped the club win the Danish Superliga in 2020–21. Schwäbe returned to Germany in 2021, joining 1. FC Köln on a free transfer; initially a backup, he took the starting role during 2021–22 and was named captain for 2025–26.
