Miles Gordon Robinson

Miles Gordon Robinson is a centre-back from Arlington, Massachusetts, who developed at Syracuse University from 2015 to 2016. He anchored the Orange defence and earned ACC Defensive Player of the Year and NSCAA All-American First Team honours in 2016. Robinson entered MLS through the 2017 SuperDraft, when Atlanta United selected him second overall. He spent his early professional period between Atlanta, Atlanta United 2 and USL affiliate Charleston Battery before becoming a regular in 2019. That season brought an MLS Best XI selection, the US Open Cup and Campeones Cup titles with Atlanta. In 2021, Robinson received another MLS Best XI selection and scored a late headed winner against Mexico in the CONCACAF Gold Cup final. After an Achilles tendon injury in 2022, he returned for Atlanta in 2023, then joined FC Cincinnati in 2024 as a United States international defender.
