Milot Rashica

Milot Rashica is a Kosovo attacking midfielder born in Vushtrri on 28 June 1996. He began his senior development with Vushtrria before moving to Vitesse in 2015. At Vitesse, he developed into a direct wide attacker and helped the club win the KNVB Beker in 2017. Rashica joined Werder Bremen in 2018, where he broadened his game by operating as a winger or secondary striker. After Bremen’s relegation, he moved to Norwich City and later spent the 2022–23 season on loan at Galatasaray, winning the Süper Lig title. He then signed for Beşiktaş in 2023, where he has continued to provide width, ball progression and defensive work from wide areas. Internationally, Rashica represented Albania before switching to Kosovo in 2016, later scoring in Kosovo’s notable 2–1 victory over the Czech Republic in 2019.
