Mert Müldür

Mert Müldür is a Turkish right-back born in Vienna, Austria, on 3 April 1999. He developed at Rapid Vienna, joining the academy in 2006 and progressing into the senior side before making his professional debut in 2018. Initially a striker in youth football, Müldür moved into defence during his development and established himself as a versatile defender. He scored his first European goal for Rapid against Spartak Moscow in the 2018 UEFA Europa League. In 2019, he transferred to Sassuolo, continuing his career in Serie A and gaining experience in Italy's tactically demanding top flight. Müldür returned to Türkiye with Fenerbahçe in 2023, where he remains part of the squad and is primarily deployed at right-back. He chose to represent Türkiye internationally and scored against Georgia at UEFA Euro 2024, adding attacking impact to his defensive work.
