Mihlali Samson Mabhuti Mayambela

Mihlali Samson Mabhuti Mayambela is a South African forward, born in Cape Town on 25 August 1996. He developed at Old Mutual Academy before spending time with Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, then joined Cape Town All Stars after winning the 2015 U19 Metropolitan Premier Cup Player of the Tournament award. Mayambela moved to Sweden with Djurgårdens IF in 2016 and gained experience through spells at Degerfors IF and IK Brage. He later continued his career with SC Farense and Académica in Portugal, with a loan at Bnei Yehuda in Israel. In 2022, Mayambela joined Aris Limassol and helped the club win the 2022–23 Cypriot First Division and the 2023 Super Cup. He made his South Africa debut against Sierra Leone in September 2022 and scored against Liberia during AFCON qualifying. Mayambela subsequently joined Omonia Nicosia.
