Martin Lukov
Martin Lukov is a Bulgarian goalkeeper who developed through Vitosha Bistritsa, Pirin Razlog and Oborishte before joining Dunav Ruse in 2015. At Dunav, he became first choice and helped the club win promotion to Bulgaria’s top flight after a league title. In the 2016–17 season, Lukov went 456 minutes without conceding, setting a club record dating back to 1964. He moved to Lokomotiv Plovdiv in 2018, where his performances led to a senior Bulgaria debut against Finland in October 2020. Lukov later continued his career abroad with Al-Tai in Saudi Arabia and Karmiotissa in Cyprus before returning home. In July 2025, he joined Levski Sofia, adding experience to the club’s goalkeeping group.
