Marcos Johan López Lanfranco
Marcos Johan López Lanfranco is a Peruvian left-back born in Lima on 20 November 1999. He began his senior career with Universidad San Martín de Porres in 2016 before joining Sporting Cristal in 2017. Initially used in advanced roles, López also developed his defensive responsibilities and helped Sporting Cristal win the 2018 Peruvian Primera División. He made his senior Peru debut against Germany in September 2018, entering as a substitute for Edison Flores. In January 2019, he moved to the San Jose Earthquakes, where he built experience in Major League Soccer and briefly spent time with Reno 1868 in 2020. Feyenoord signed López in August 2022, and he was part of their 2022–23 Eredivisie title and 2023–24 KNVB Cup-winning campaigns. He joined FC Copenhagen on loan in 2024 and completed a permanent move in June 2025, continuing his development as a left-sided defender.
