Kouadio Emmanuel Koné

Kouadio Emmanuel Koné is a French central midfielder who developed in the Paris region before rising through professional football. He began at Villeneuve-la-Garenne in 2007, later spending time with Paris FC and AC Boulogne-Billancourt before joining Toulouse. Koné made his Ligue 1 debut for Toulouse in May 2019 and established himself after the club’s relegation to Ligue 2. In January 2021, he moved to Borussia Mönchengladbach, where his energetic ball carrying and tackling became prominent features of his midfield play. He later joined AS Roma, adding Serie A experience to a career shaped in France and Germany. Internationally, Koné represented France at under-23 level and helped the Olympic team win silver in 2024 before making his senior debut against Italy in September that year. At Roma, Koné offers physicality, progressive carries and defensive coverage while linking buildup with forward play.
