Maximilian William Kilman
Maximilian William Kilman is an English defender who plays for West Ham United. Born in London in 1997, he developed through football and futsal after leaving Fulham and Gillingham as a teenager, later representing England in futsal while playing non-league football for Maidenhead United. Wolverhampton Wanderers recruited him from Maidenhead in 2018, and he progressed through the club’s development sides before making his senior debut against Fulham in the 2018–19 season. Kilman established himself in Wolves’ first team, making his European debut in the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League campaign as the club reached the quarter-finals. He also offered cover at left-back before becoming a central defender and was appointed Wolves captain in 2023–24. In July 2024, Kilman moved to West Ham, where his 194-centimetre frame, possession skills and central-defensive experience shape his role.
