Mattias Käit

Mattias Käit is an Estonian central midfielder born in Tallinn on 29 June 1998. He developed with JK Kotkas and Levadia Tallinn before joining Fulham’s academy in 2014, becoming the first Estonian player at the club. Käit progressed through Fulham’s youth teams and signed a professional contract, but did not make a senior competitive appearance for the London side. A loan spell at Ross County in early 2018 preceded his permanent move to Slovenia’s NK Domžale in 2019. He later spent time with Bodø/Glimt and became an established midfielder at Rapid București, whom he joined permanently in January 2022. Käit moved to FC Thun in July 2025 and is listed with the Swiss club, with his role developing from an attacking position into central or defensive midfield. He made his Estonia senior debut against Sweden in January 2016 and remains involved internationally.
