Mohamed Kaba

Mohamed Kaba is a French midfielder born in Orléans on 27 October 2001. He joined Valenciennes in 2019 and developed through the club’s reserve setup before signing his first professional contract in July 2021. Kaba made his senior debut later that month, starting his professional career in Ligue 2. At Valenciennes, he became known for his work rate, tackling and ability to operate as a central or defensive midfielder. In August 2023, Kaba moved to Italian club Lecce and stepped into Serie A, making 23 appearances during the 2023–24 season. Standing 1.85 metres tall, he combines physical strength with constructive passing, helping regain possession and support transitions. Kaba’s progression from Valenciennes to Lecce reflects a steady rise from French second-tier football to Italy’s top flight.
