Morgan Jean-Pierre

Morgan Jean-Pierre is a left-footed centre-back from Guadeloupe, born on 30 October 1992. He began his senior career with Agde in 2011 before continuing through French football with Beziers and Sète. Jean-Pierre later played for Gazélec FC Ajaccio, Stade Briochin and Orleans, building experience across the National and National 2 levels. At Orleans, and subsequently with Fleury 91, he became a versatile defender capable of covering the centre or left side while contributing to build-up play. His left-footed distribution and positional awareness have supported that role, with timing and reading of the game central to his defensive work. Internationally, Jean-Pierre made six appearances for Guadeloupe in 2022 before switching allegiance to Madagascar in 2024. He debuted for Madagascar against Tunisia on 14 November 2024, providing an assist in a 3–2 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying defeat.
