Mikkel Elbæk Jakobsen

Mikkel Elbæk Jakobsen is a Danish midfielder born on 23 May 1999. He developed in Danish youth football and represented Denmark at Under-16 level. During 2017/18, he scored five goals in 21 appearances for his Under-19 side, showing early attacking output from midfield. Between 2018 and 2021, he gained experience in Denmark’s second and first divisions. In 2021, Jakobsen moved to the Faroe Islands and joined 07 Vestur, making 26 appearances and scoring five goals in his debut season. He later transferred to NSÍ Runavík for 2025, recording 27 matches, two goals and two assists. Jakobsen is currently listed with ÍF II, continuing a career shaped by movement between Danish and Faroese football.
