Milan Iloski

Milan Iloski is an American forward born in Escondido, California, on July 29, 1999. He developed in the Real Salt Lake Academy, where he recorded 16 goals and 15 assists in 36 matches during the 2016–17 season. At UCLA, Iloski set a program record with five goals against San Diego State in 2019, led the NCAA in goals per game that year, and earned second-team All-America recognition. He completed his college career with 23 goals and six assists in 46 appearances. Iloski signed with Real Salt Lake in 2020 and spent much of the next two seasons with Real Monarchs before joining Orange County SC. He won the 2022 USL Championship Golden Boot with 22 goals and finished his Orange County spell with 38 goals and 11 assists in 62 appearances. After moving to FC Nordsjælland in 2024 and spending 2025 on loan at San Diego FC, he joined Philadelphia Union permanently.
