Maxime Hautbois

Maxime Hautbois is a French goalkeeper born in Laval on 3 January 1991. He developed with US Entrammes before joining Laval’s academy in 2001, progressing through the club’s youth system. Hautbois reached Laval’s senior setup in 2010 and spent much of his early professional career with the Mayenne side. After being recognised as the Championnat National’s second-best goalkeeper for 2017–18, he left Laval and joined Lyon-Duchère in 2018. He returned to Laval on 9 July 2021, renewing his connection with his hometown club. Hautbois was part of Laval’s 2021–22 National title-winning campaign, which brought promotion to Ligue 2. Standing 1.81 metres tall, he remains listed with Laval and Laval II, combining long experience in French football with a role within the club’s goalkeeping group.
