Mika Marcel Godts
Mika Marcel Godts attacks space from the left, checks short then spins in behind to threaten the channel and finish moves. Mika Godts accelerates into the final third. Born in Leuven, Godts moved from Genk's academy to Ajax in January 2023 after a breakout half-season with Jong Genk, and he won the Belgium U-18 Championship in 2021/22. He broke into Ajax's first team in 2023–24, making Eredivisie and Europa League debuts. In September 2024 he scored a brace against Beşiktaş, his first European goals. International note: he has represented Belgium at U-18 level. By January 2026 he was a primary starter with eight goals and seven assists in the Eredivisie. Mika Marcel Godts links play with one-touch layoffs and drives at defenders to pin centre-backs, finishing moves when space opens up.
