Maksim Gaevoy

Maksim Gaevoy is a Belarusian midfielder born in Grodno on 27 May 2002. He developed at Belkard Grodno before joining BATE Borisov’s under-19 and reserve teams, where he spent the period from 2018 to 2022. Gaevoy moved to Arsenal Dzerzhinsk on loan in 2022, gaining senior experience and operating in different midfield roles. After leaving BATE, he joined FK Smorgon for the 2023–24 period and established himself as a starter in the Belarusian Premier League. He returned to Arsenal Dzerzhinsk in early 2025 and became a regular, including full-match appearances in central midfield against Dinamo Minsk and Neman Grodno. In January 2026, Gaevoy signed for Torpedo Zhodino, marking another step in his domestic career. At 1.78 metres, he offers positional versatility across central, left and attacking midfield areas.
