Mads Frøkjær-Jensen
Mads Frøkjær-Jensen is a Danish forward who operates mainly as an attacking midfielder. Born in København in 1999, he developed through Hvidovre IF, Avedøre, Rosenhøj and Greve before joining OB Odense’s academy in 2014. He signed his first professional contract in December 2017, then made his senior debut in the Danish Cup in September 2018. At OB, Frøkjær-Jensen became a regular in the Superliga and recorded more than 120 appearances, 18 goals and 16 assists, including eight goals in 2022/23. Preston North End signed him in July 2023, and he made 107 appearances, scoring eight goals and supplying 13 assists. He returned to Denmark on 31 January 2026, joining Brøndby IF, where he is listed in the current squad. Frøkjær-Jensen can carry the ball through midfield and also operate centrally or from the left, making him a versatile attacking option.
