Matías Ezequiel Dituro Curto

Matías Ezequiel Dituro Curto is an Argentine goalkeeper born in Bigand, Argentina, in 1987. At 191 centimetres, he developed at Independiente and, after not breaking into its first team, spent time on loan at Almagro before starting a career across South America and Spain. From 2010 to 2017, Dituro represented CNI, Deportivo Alavés, Celta Vigo B, Douglas Haig and Guillermo Brown, gaining experience in Peru, Spain and Argentina. In Bolivia, he played for Jorge Wilstermann and Bolívar, scoring four penalty-kick goals for the former and a goal from his own area against San José in 2017. At Universidad Católica, he became a central figure in three consecutive Chilean Primera División title-winning campaigns from 2018 to 2020. Celta Vigo brought him back on loan in 2021, when he started all 38 league matches and recorded 14 clean sheets. At Elche, Dituro remains a goalkeeper whose game combines shot-stopping with distribution, extending a career across several countries.
