Maxime René Delanghe

Maxime René Delanghe is a Belgian goalkeeper born on 23 May 2001 in Halle, Belgium. He began developing at FC Pepingen before joining RSC Anderlecht. In 2017, he moved to PSV Eindhoven, progressing through the club’s under-17 and under-19 teams before stepping up to Jong PSV. With PSV’s reserve side, he made 33 league appearances across the 2020–22 period while also featuring around the first-team squad. Delanghe returned to Belgium in 2022 to join Lierse in the Challenger Pro League, where he played 18 matches during the 2022/23 campaign. Cercle Brugge signed him permanently in June 2023, and he later established himself as a first-choice goalkeeper for the club. He has represented Belgium from under-15 through under-21 level. At 1.89 metres, Delanghe combines a substantial frame with a career path spanning Dutch academy football, second-tier experience and regular Belgian top-flight responsibility.
