Gnaly Albert Maxwel Cornet

Maxwel Cornet attacks space from the left wing, driving runs beyond the line and threatening the back post. He presses high and dribbles to create chances. Maxwel Cornet broke through at Metz in 2012 and helped them win Ligue 2 in 2013-14. He joined Lyon in 2015, making 252 appearances and scoring 51 goals. A key turning point came with a Champions League goal against Manchester City in 2019-20. Cornet moved to Burnley in 2021, finishing as top scorer in his first season and later represented Ivory Coast. He then joined West Ham and won the Europa Conference League in 2023. Maxwel Cornet links plays, attacks space, and finishes moves when openings appear.
