Mohamed Cherief

Mohamed Cherief is a French midfielder born on 2 January 1989. He developed through the Alsatian club system and emerged in senior football during the mid-2010s. In 2016, Cherief joined AS Pierrots Vauban Strasbourg, spending four seasons with the club and establishing himself as a dependable midfield presence. He moved to FCO Strasbourg Koenigshoffen 06 in July 2020, where his role developed toward disciplined central and defensive midfield work. In the 2022–23 Coupe de France, Cherief played the full match as Strasbourg Koenigshoffen defeated Ligue 1 side Clermont Foot 1–0, then completed 90 minutes against Angers SCO. He joined US Raon-l’Étape in July 2025 and remains part of its midfield group. Cherief’s career is defined by regional experience, positional discipline and the ability to provide defensive cover while linking play.
