Metehan Baltacı

Metehan Baltacı is a Turkish centre-back from Istanbul, born on 3 November 2002. Standing 1.89m tall, he developed in Galatasaray’s academy, joining in 2012 and remaining there until 2021. He began senior football with İskenderunspor in 2021–22, making 27 appearances and scoring twice in the TFF Third League. After returning to Galatasaray, Baltacı made his senior debut in a 7–0 Turkish Cup win over Kastamonuspor in October 2022. He then spent 2023 with Manisa FK before joining Eyüpspor on loan for 2023–24, where he helped win the TFF First League title and promotion. Back at Galatasaray in 2024–25, he was part of squads that won the Süper Lig and Turkish Cup. Baltacı has also been involved with Turkey Under-21, and his frame supports a physical style focused on duels and aerial challenges.
