Mihkel Ainsalu
Mihkel Ainsalu is an Estonian central midfielder born in Tartu on 8 March 1996. He developed with Operi JK and Nõmme Kalju before moving to Flora Tallinn in January 2015. At Flora, Ainsalu became an important midfield presence and helped the club win Meistriliiga titles in 2015, 2017 and 2019, alongside domestic cup success. He later broadened his experience abroad with FC Lviv in Ukraine, FC Helsingør in Denmark and Telstar in the Netherlands, with a spell at TJK Legion also included in that period. Ainsalu returned to Estonia and joined FC Levadia Tallinn in February 2023. At Levadia, he has continued to play centrally while adding a notable scoring contribution, recording 11 league goals in both 2024 and 2025 according to the supplied material. He has represented Estonia since 2017 and was part of the team that won the 2024 Baltic Cup.
